Walter Williams is a Senior Partner with the Vine Group. A graduate of McMaster University (1980) Walt is a Chartered Accountant (1982), a Trustee in Bankruptcy (1995), and a Chartered Business Valuator (1993). As a specialist in several areas, Walter is responsible for Audit & Assurance clients and provides overall direction to the Insolvency & Financial Restructuring Bankruptcy practice of Vine & Williams Inc. He also offers strategic leadership to the business valuations litigation support team at Vine Valuations Inc. Darryl's specific area of expertise is owner-managed small businesses covering a wide range industry sectors. Darryl is experienced in the preparation of financing and funding proposals for clients including detailed cash flow forecasts. He has also done a great deal of work with not-for-profit organizations as he enjoys assisting those entities that lack financial expertise due to limited resources. Bob decided to provide his profession at ‘Vine Group’ from a national accounting firm where he previously was employed for 18 years. While at the national accounting firm Bob was a senior member of their Tax Division and in that role he acquired experience in such specialized areas as Canada - USA tax issues. Domenic Umbrello jointed Vine and Partners in 2001 and graduated from Brock University in 2002 with an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Degree. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2003 and went on to complete both of the CICA's in-depth tax courses.
